Job Description:

Position Overview:

The company is seeking a strategic and creative Global Marketing Lead to spearhead their marketing efforts in the EMEA, US & APAC region. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking data security company and shape their brand presence while fostering growth in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: The Global Marketing Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the key markets, in alignment with global objectives and the company's growth targets.

Brand Management: They will manage and enhance the company's brand presence in the region, ensuring consistency and relevance in the cybersecurity landscape.

Lead Generation: The Global Marketing Lead will drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and strategic partnerships.

Content Creation: They will oversee the creation of compelling content, including thought leadership articles, case studies, webinars, and videos, to educate and engage target audiences.

Market Research: Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, the Global Marketing Lead will utilize insights to inform marketing decisions.

Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns to support product launches and other strategic initiatives will be a key responsibility.

Budget Management: They will effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.

Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, will be essential.

Performance Measurement: Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyzing and reporting on the success of marketing efforts to senior leadership will be part of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within the cybersecurity or technology industry, with a focus on the APAC, EMEA, and US region.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages relevant to the APAC, EMEA, or US region is advantageous.

Salary Range: GBP90-100k+bonus
