Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing a range of products, including all laminated dough, pastry, viennoiserie, tart shells, undertaking all aspects of the process, from weighing to mixing, shaping and baking, to ensure every product is of perfect quality and produced on time to meet daily production requirements.
  • Effective control of storage, preparation and minimising wastage.
  • Maintaining a high level of food quality and production.
  • To ensure that at all times cleanliness, food safety and all other Health and Safety.
You will be looked after in our company, so you can take great care of our colleagues and customers.
