Exciting opportunity to join a specialist copyright and data protection consultancy serving the charity, cultural, heritage, private, information management and education sectors.

This role would suit someone with experience in the
libraries and information sector such as a Libraries Administrator.

Our client is a well-regarded consultancy serving a prestigious range of clients across multiple sectors.

The firm is a values-based organisation with a collaborative culture centered around a team of experts passionate about delivering excellent results for clients.


  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team
  • Arrange and book travel, staff meetings and events
  • Manage the administration of training and workshops delivered to clients
  • Manage the events programme through Eventbrite, liaising with trainers and delegates as appropriate
  • Update website pages and blogs within WordPress (content provided by expert colleagues)
  • Efficiently manage files and folders on SharePoint
  • Keep the organization's social media up to date
  • Liaise with external suppliers of technology and printing
  • Basic bookkeeping such as raising invoices and reconciling payments within XERO
  • Other projectbased admin tasks as required

In order to be suitable you will have experience of:

  • Excellent administration experience
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office programmes such as Word and Excel
  • Basic web and or intranet editing of pages in WordPress, SharePoint or similar platforms; experience administering events on Eventbrite (or similar platform)
  • Minimum of three years in a similar role

Desirable:

  • Experience with raising invoices and basic bookkeeping
  • Understanding of copyright and/or data protection
