About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Community Mental Health East Admin Team based across Lichfield and Burton-upon-Trent. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our busy reception and admin team, handling a large number of incoming calls, emails, and tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling incoming calls, emails, and tasks
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Prepare and distribute reports, letters, and other documents as required
- Provide excellent customer service to service users, their families, and carers
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
- Relevant experience of working in an office environment
- Excellent typing skills, including audio-typing
- Proficient in the use of computer packages, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to produce documents and reports to a high standard from handwritten and audio transcription
- Ability to prioritize workload in order to meet conflicting demands and deadlines
