Duties
As one of two Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and managing workshop workloads
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Ordering parts
  • Suppling quotes and vehicle feedback
  • Handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner
  • Pricing up projects and taking payments

Role Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Good understanding of time keeping and scheduling
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of clientele
  • Familiarity with Xero/QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Vehicle knowledge is desirable but not required.

Hours
Monday - Friday

8.30am - 6pm

With the opportunity for overtime on a Saturday during peak season.

Rates
£ £15.00 per hour depending on experience. Career progression and wage reviews available after probationary period.
