We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Relief Receptionist and Centre Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for all visitors, tenants, and potential tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and potential tenants
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments and meetings
  • Manage office supplies and maintain an organised reception area
  • Show potential tenants around the building and services offered
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Warm and welcoming personality
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work well under pressure
  • Experience working in a property, hotel, customer service or similar environment
