CMA Recruitment Group are working exclusively with an established Portsmouth based services business to support their recruitment of an Interim FP&A Manager for a newly created role which has resulted from excellent business performance over the last 3 yearsand a strong pipeline of future business.
This role will report to the Finance Director and has a duration of 3-6 months.What will the Interim FP&A Manager role involve?
- Adding value and supporting business growth by developing the company's budgeting and forecasting model and providing robust and insightful financial information;
- Review and develop financial analysis and KPI's to support wider business understanding;
- Partner with nonfinance stakeholders to support budget preparation, discussing variances and provide both challenge and support;
- Provide support to the management accounting team.
- Prior experience of writing Excel models and preparing budgets and forecasts is highly desirable as this role will take responsibility for this area while reporting to the Finance Director;
