Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time administrator to join our growing Apprenticeships team.
The position is for 24 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
The role will involve:
- Answering the telephone, passing on calls and taking messages as required
- Liaising with employers and apprenticeship applicants
- Customer database maintenance
- Inputting data on the company's CRM system
- Photocopying, scanning and printing appropriate documentation
- Overall admin duties
- Suitability to work with children and young people
- Good IT skills
- Excellent written English and numeracy skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Reliable & punctual
- Ability to deal with enquiries in a customerfriendly and effective manner
- Excellent telephone manner
