Role Description
At Home not Hospital we are committed to Equal opportunities.

We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Autism Support Workers to work with an individual who has a learning disability, autism and mental health support needs.

The individual will be living on their own home so we are looking for Autism Support Workers who can provide 360 wrap around support that covers all aspects of their life.

About The Role within the Company:

You will be part of a small team of dedicated Autism Support Workers and working alongside the Team Leader/facilitator and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner in providing excellent support to this young lady who deserves the best support to enjoy a quality life.


You will have a willingness to undertake training on Positive Behaviour Support, Safeguarding Vulnerable adults, Autism, and person-centred planning, Total Communication and other specific training that will be provided.

You will be line managed by the Team Leader/facilitator.

Schedule:

  • 7 hour shift 10:00 to 17:00
