We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.

Our ideal candidate will be caring, fun, and up for a challenge. You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and have excellent communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to complete quality support records.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and supporting customers with daily living tasks. You will also be required to keep accurate records and update care plans as needed.
