Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to engage with their interests, maintain their skills, and receive personalized, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care, adhering to legislation, best practices, and our policies and procedures.
  • Support individuals to develop and maintain relationships within their local community.
  • Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information to ensure effective support.
  • Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes in the needs of the individuals we support.
  • Safeguard the welfare of those in our care, promoting and maintaining their safety.
Requirements:
  • Driver's license (preferred but not essential).
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks.
  • References.
  • ID and Address check.
