WB Power Services are currently recruiting for a Service Sales Administrator to work in our busy head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire.
This is a superb opportunity for a Service Sales Administrator to join the business through this rapid period of growth.
The business is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Administrator to support the team through these exciting times.
WB Power Services is a leading generator specialist that provides solutions, maintenance, sales and hires to customers across the UK.
We are a family-owned and run business and truly hold our values at the heart of everything we do, offering a unique and friendly place of work while maintaining the highest professional standards.
The Role
- Handle inbound phone calls alongside the sales team.
- Raise job orders and invoices, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Prepare and send renewal quotations, confirm receipt with customers, and follow up.
- Input quoted incoming jobs into the quality system.
- Collate and review contract renewals monthly and assist Sales Directors as needed.
- Preparing and sending out detailed quotations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Enter incoming jobs into the Protean system within 24 working hours.
- Manage boardroom bookings and calendar entries.
- Processing customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintaining uptodate knowledge of our product offerings.
- Working to WB Power Services Ltd Procedures and using our own bespoke systems.
The Person
- Administrative experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Ability to manager multiple task and prioritize effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service sales or salesrelated admin roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in English Language and Literature.
- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
- The capability to deal with variety of works.
