Job Summary:

  • Lead the Support team, comprising L1 to L4 Support Engineers, to provide end-to-end support.
  • Drive transformation and automation efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance service delivery processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in service delivery management with a successful history of leading large teams and implementing automation projects.
  • Proficient in project management, particularly in handling complex, large-scale projects.
  • Lead automation initiatives throughout the organization, overseeing projects to fruition.
  • Experience with automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps environments.

Desirable background in OTT, Broadcasting, Video Processing/Delivery in the Media and Entertainment sector.
