This is a newly created role focused on driving activity, outcomes, and sales results of the SDR function through motivational leadership, structured processes, and coaching and development of the SDR team.

What you'll be doing as Head of Sales Development:

  • Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets, and that our sales organization has enough opportunities to work with to be fully productive.
  • Ensure we efficiently and effectively qualify inbound demand as well as develop outbound strategies per region while leveraging digital and field marketing resources for particular campaigns
  • Plan, forecast, and understand the rampadjusted capacity to ensure the team is grown effectively, in tandem with the needs of our sales organization and the supply of inbound demand from marketing.
  • Manage SDR for tracking rampadjusted capacity and productivity.
  • Manage SDR reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization.

What they require for their next Head of Sales Development:

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment or SaaS experience is essential
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management with proven success in leading a team
  • Proven success in onboarding and hiring new team members
  • Excellent ability to forecast and read data to strategize and set priorities
  • Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Follow up on existing customers to identify new potential needs
  • Generate and manage sales pipeline by updating all activity in CRM
