What you'lldo

We're seeking a proactiveService Improvement Officer to join our team. You will collaborateclosely with internal stakeholders like the Head of Quality andRisk, Clinical Support Managers, and branch managers, as well asexternal partners including healthcare professionals andcommissioning organisations. Your key responsibilities includeensuring compliance with statutory requirements, implementingchange management plans to enhance service delivery, and providingtraining and support to managers. If you have experience in serviceimprovement and compliance, along with excellent communicationskills, apply now to make a meaningful impact in ourorganisation

Qualifications

Whatyou need

You willdemonstrate a strong track record in service improvement andcompliance within a similar role. Essential skills include acomprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and qualityassurance processes, along with exceptional communication andinterpersonal abilities. You should exhibit proficiency in drivingchange and delivering results, as well as the capability to workcollaboratively with diverse teams andstakeholders.

Previous experience in conductingaudits, implementing change management plans, and providingtraining and support to managers would be advantageous. This rolerequires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and theability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring thehighest standards of service delivery and regulatorycompliance.
