What you'll do

We're seeking a proactive Service Improvement Officer to join our team. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like the Head of Quality and Risk, Clinical Support Managers, and branch managers, as well as external partners including healthcare professionals and commissioning organisations. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, implementing change management plans to enhance service delivery, and providing training and support to managers. If you have experience in service improvement and compliance, along with excellent communication skills, apply now to make a meaningful impact in our organisation

What you need

You will demonstrate a strong track record in service improvement and compliance within a similar role. Essential skills include a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. You should exhibit proficiency in driving change and delivering results, as well as the capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Previous experience in conducting audits, implementing change management plans, and providing training and support to managers would be advantageous. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance.
