Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a temporary opportunity? Join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 5 RMN at the Airedale Mental Health Unit in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate and evidence-based care to patients with diverse mental health needs.

This is a temporary position, starting on the 21st of February 2024 and ending on the 22nd of February 2024.


As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering care to patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for those in your care.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, providing holistic support tailored to each individual's needs. Your role will involve administering medications, monitoring patients' progress, and offering therapeutic interventions to promote their recovery.


In this temporary position, you will be working night shifts from 19:30 to 08:00, providing round-the-clock care to our patients.

Your compassion, resilience, and excellent communication skills will be crucial as you support individuals during their most vulnerable moments.

You will have the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, helping them navigate their mental health journey with empathy and understanding.


We offer a competitive payment rate of £270 per shift, paid on a
PAYE basis, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your dedication and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN)
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing personcentered care
