Hello and welcome to a temporary opportunity as a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
At Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care to those in need, and we are looking for a skilled and compassionate RMN to join our team for a one-day shift on 17th March 2024.
As a Band 5 RMN, your primary responsibility will be to provide holistic nursing care to individuals experiencing mental health issues.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients under your supervision.
This may involve administering medication, conducting assessments, providing support and guidance to patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in your care.
In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
You must have a deep understanding of mental health conditions and treatments, as well as a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
During your shift on 17th March 2024, you will be expected to work from 07:30 to 20:00, providing round-the-clock care to patients at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health.
Your duties may include attending to patient needs, documenting observations and interventions, participating in team meetings, and liaising with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
As a Band 5 RMN, you will be compensated at a rate of £337.50 per shift, paid through paye.This payment reflects the valuable contribution you will be making to the lives of those in our care, as well as the skills and expertise you bring to the role.
