About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse - Learning Disability to join our team at the Najurally Centre, Lynfield Mount Hospital. As a key member of our inpatient services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities who have mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to patients in an inpatient setting.
  2. Commit to Continuing Professional Development to ensure the highest standards of care.
  3. Hold delegated responsibility for management of the ward on a shift basis, contributing to the supervision and development of junior staff.
  4. Ensure the safety of the ward and unit environments.
