Are you a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse looking for temporary work in a reputable healthcare organization? Join the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for a temporary assignment at Lynfield Mount Hospital.


As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, administer medications, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.


Your duties as a Band 5 RMN will include conducting assessments, facilitating therapeutic interventions, and ensuring the overall safety and well-being of patients under your care.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and actively participating in team meetings and clinical supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and evaluating the needs of patients with mental health conditions
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and monitoring their effectiveness
  • Facilitating therapeutic interventions and providing emotional support to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Participating in team meetings and clinical supervision

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
