Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a temporary position in Bradford, West Yorkshire? Look no further Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 RMN to join their team at Lynfield Mount Hospital on the 25th and 26th of March 2024.


As a Band 5 RMN at Lynfield Mount Hospital, located at Heights Lane, Daisy Hill, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD9 6DP, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a mental health setting.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support individuals in their recovery journey.


The shift will start at 19:30:00 and end at 08:00:00, giving you the chance to make a real difference during the night shift.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a payment rate of £270 per shift, paid through PAYE.


As a Band 5 RMN, your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing therapeutic interventions.

You will also be responsible for promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.


To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be liaising with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

You must also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.


In addition to your clinical duties, you will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
