Seeking a Director of Customer Success

The Director of Customer Success is responsible for bridging customer success and business development. They lead the customer success team to align customer goals with business objectives in a data-driven and customer-centric approach. This role involves shaping the Customer Success team in the UKI region, expanding the team, establishing processes, and guiding the team to deliver value to customers.

This role offers a hybrid opportunity based in our Hear East - Stratford location.

Your Impact on Our Future

  • Lead the customer success team to ensure scalability, growth, and customer-centric optimization of people, processes, and strategies.
  • Enhance customer relationships and achieve customer goals by actively engaging in client discussions and implementing successful approaches within the team.
  • Gather customer insights for internal use.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage new product releases and updates alongside internal teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through net renewal rates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet objectives.
  • Onboard customers to new solutions.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a customer success team with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Preferably, experience overseeing multiple countries.
  • An MBA or related degree is ideal, with technical background advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of software business models.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-level customers.
  • Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in project management and IT.
