Customer Success Manager - UKI (Maternity cover)

At Pleo, we're seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager with experience to join our UKI SMB Customer Success Team. We are searching for a dedicated professional to work closely with our valuable customers, also known as 'Sleeping Giants'.

Your responsibilities will include

  • You will focus on the Adoption/Nurture phase, without involvement in pre-sales, onboarding, or implementation.
  • You will enhance the customer experience for our top clients in the UKI market.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers to ensure retention and growth opportunities.
  • Leading by example to inspire others within the team.
  • Developing internal stakeholder relationships for a cohesive approach towards success.
  • Contributing to the evolution of CX at Pleo by introducing innovative ideas and experiences.
