Job Role / Responsibilities:

  • Working with Vendors on stock availability, purchases etc.
  • Creating Quotes for clients.
  • Order Material in coordination with the project manager.
  • Scanning, filing, and organising documents.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in our internal systems.
  • Accurately and efficiently handle information in a manner that complies with
regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed
changes.

  • Liaise with production team on relevant matters.
  • General administration duties.
  • Assisting the sales manager with any necessary administration work.
  • Flexibility in carrying out other tasks and responsibilities, which may arise to
achieve the overall purpose and success of the sales team.
Development
Initially the role will entail a period of training and education on the systems we use and
the standards we require. You will be well supported and as you become more familiar
with the systems and processes there are opportunities to progress further into business
development as Sales Support.
