  • Your mission:
  • Contribute to achieving the store's goals by showcasing effective sales techniques and top-notch customer service while upholding the brand's image.
  • What will you be focusing on?
  • Resolve customer inquiries and surpass expectations in the store.
  • Assist multiple clients following standard procedures.
  • Handle transactions at the cash register accurately and swiftly.
  • Acquire, comprehend, and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the product range.
  • Attain personal/store sales targets considering the store's KPIs.
  • Maintain the store's visual appeal.
  • Keep stock and accessory rooms well-organized.
  • Minimize stock loss.
  • Replenish stock punctually.
  • Professional conduct
  • Adhere to the company's dress code.
  • Engage in informative and team meetings.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with colleagues, including supervisors.
  • Offer guidance and support in training other team members.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Be a stellar advocate for the brand.
  • Store operations
  • Open and close the store when required.
  • Handle administrative tasks.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector.
  • Educational background in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
