Joining a well established family-run organisation based in Sandbach, my client are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join the growing team.

You will play a key role in further developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads.

If you are a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a track record of delivering successful campaigns this could be the role for you

Key Duties:
Further develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness initiatives
Create a marketing calendar to promote products at given times of the year
Create engaging and impactful content for the website and social media channels to attract and retain customers
Oversee the production of design and artwork, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand guidelines
Manage and oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and up-to-date content
Create outbound marketing campaigns across various channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and target audience preferences
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Source Promotional Merchandise & Materials including pens, diaries, calendars, uniform.
Manage the organising of exhibitions& events including booking them, plan and assist set up/take down and attend.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
Proficient in CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
Experience in content creation for websites and social media platforms
Familiarity with website management and basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms
Experience in video production and ideally familiarity with video editing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to think creatively, analyse data, and make strategic recommendations
Self-motivated with strong project management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
