We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team, a leading company in the industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand, developing and executing a marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Effectively managing the marketing budget and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Guarding and building the company's brand
  • Contributing to business growth by generating leads through various channels and collaborating with the sales team
  • Managing and supporting the Content Executive
  • Developing and implementing a content strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Managing the company's website, improving user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO) performance in collaboration with external agencies
  • Overseeing the customer relationship management (CRM) system to maximize its potential
  • Managing newsletter and email marketing campaigns
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and conducting research as needed
  • Leading the planning and organization of events and shows
  • Performing other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing management role
  • Experience marketing a technical product or to the construction industry is desirable
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics) is an advantage
  • Adobe suite skills desirable (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Digital marketing experience, familiar with SEO best practices

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
