Property Assistant

Sandbach 

£25,000 per annum 

35 hours per week.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a busy and diverse caseload
Collaborate effectively with an experienced team, contributing positively to the department’s success.
Engage with clients, ensuring high levels of service and maintaining strong relationships.
Communicate with external agencies, including estate agents, solicitors, search agencies, mortgage lenders, and brokers.
Uphold high professional standards in both competence and financial integrity.
Stay informed about legal developments and meet continuing professional development requirements.
Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance the firm’s presence locally and beyond.
Experience and Training: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Friendly and approachable, with a strong sense of teamwork.
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with case management systems.
