About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Manage Marketing Budget: Effectively manage our marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Brand Management: Strengthen and expand our brand presence through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels and collaborate with our sales team to ensure lead quality.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee content strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our technical team to ensure accurate and updated information on our website and other marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance data and provide regular reports to our leadership team.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize events and shows to promote our brand and products.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assume additional tasks as necessary to support the growth and success of our business.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Experience: Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with hands-on capabilities and a proven track record of success in marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM and content management systems, as well as proficiency in analytics tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Digital marketing expertise with knowledge of SEO best practices and a strong understanding of online marketing channels.
