About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to track leads and sales performance
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
