Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress against sales targets
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
