Job Description:
Based in UK (preferably London), Germany or Italy
Identify and prioritize potential sponsors based on their fit with the organization's goals and target audience
Create custom sponsorship proposals and presentations that are tailored to the sponsor's needs and interests
Negotiate sponsorship contracts and ensure all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties
Manage sponsorship activation and fulfillment, working closely with other departments to ensure all sponsor obligations are met
Key Skills:
Experience in either selling sponsorship for Content (Originals or licensed) or across the platform service displays (ie homescreen, backdrops, banners)
Established network with agencies and brands suitable for sponsorship opportunities, particularly on CTV apps
Track record of exceeding sales targets
Adept in sales pipeline management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset for identifying sponsor needs and ROI
