Establishments Supervisor

The Establishments Supervirsor guides the activity and delivers the KidZania experience to our main visitors (children) by fully engaging them in role-play in compliance with KidZania's essence and operating standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of establishment's activity, according to KidZania's essence, Industry Partners and KidZania's standard operations procedures including pre-activity (recruiting, queuing, welcoming and getting ready), main activity (training, role-playing and closing) and post activity (cleaning and restoring);
  • Provide good service to visitors;
  • Follow the KidZania DeKalogue principles in their daily activities;
  • Attend complaints, provide solution if possible or transfer them to the department coordinator or appropriate department
  • Elaborate daily checklists (per shift) of the establishment conditions, such as, theming elements (props, furniture and fixtures, arts and graphics, signs, lighting, audio, uniforms) equipment, IT hardware and software, utensils, collaterals, consumables and giveaways
  • Elaborate daily establishment's consumables inventory per shift;
  • Register establishment visitor's attendance in KidZtablishment module (if the system is not working, manual registration will be needed)
  • Log, report and follow up establishment's incidents
  • Gather up consumables for establishment's operation in warehouse and maintain complete and in order all materials needed for operating
  • Manage and control kidZos funds in compliance to the policies and procedures of the Facility's Administration department ·
  • Clean the establishment and maintain it in order and in good condition (before, during and after the operation)
  • Ensure visitors' safety and security in the establishment and facility
  • Provide important establishment's information to visitors.

Requirements

  • Educational Background in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Communication, Hospitality Management (desirable)
  • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in progress;
    • No experience required;
    • Affinity to work with children ;
    • Ability to work with special needs children;
  • Intermediate Level of English.
