  • Hours will be up to 25 hours per week over 4/5 days (office hours between 9am5.30pm)
  • Contract until end of December
  • More hours available with the lead up to Christmas

Who we are?
We opened the first restaurant in 2008 and we have gone from strength to strength ever since.

We believe in keeping it simple, focusing on great food, exceptional service and spectacular sites, it seems to be working as we have now grown to 50 restaurants comprising of both Wildwood restaurants and dim t.


What will you be doing?


As a Sales & Bookings Co-Ordinator, you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group Christmas party reservations and Christmas corporate events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.


Other duties include;

  • Calling previous Christmas bookings & leads
  • Converting calls into bookings
  • Liaising with Restaurant Managers regarding bookings
  • Upselling booking packages to customers
  • Managing a booking system and ensuring it's up to date
  • Managing preorders and ensuring they are received within plenty of notice
  • Taking deposits and payments over the phone

We'd love a Sales & Bookings Co-Ordinator who is;

  • Is passionate about the hospitality sector.
  • Has experience in a similar role.
  • Has confidence to pick up the phone and speak to enquires.
  • Enjoys driving sales leads and looking at new sales opportunities.


Not only will you be working with a friendly support team based on beautiful Charlotte Street, but you will also be entitled to free lunch and discounted meals in our other restaurants.

There will also be incentives for hitting targets.
