We are on the search for a passionate, dynamic and charismatic individual to join our European Cluster Sales team as
Sales Coordinator.

This person will be based at in London, but will work with their colleagues who support our managed hotels in U.K.

and Amsterdam.

In the role of Sales Coordinator you will actively support the Sales team to source new leads & business opportunities, focus on local areas or industry sectors through focused research utilizing various methods and resources including existing contact information, internet, and social media platforms.

Along with assisting in the administration process supporting with contracting and system maintenance.

The role suits a dynamic, driven, self-starter, who wants to join a growing commercial team with the capacity to develop a career in hospitality,

More specifically, responsibilities will include the following (not an exhaustive list):

  • Prospect for new leads using smart technology, online tools such as LinkedIn
  • Research to deliver market intelligence & new business updates using Google Alerts and Travel click.
  • Deliver new contacts through telesales activity.
  • Manage any CRM systems (training will be provided) as appropriate and become proficient in the use of these systems
  • Support in conversion days and join the sales team in support of focused sales activity weeks.
  • Update Corporate Account trackers as appropriate & provide reporting ensuring we have full visibility
  • Complete month end or Weekly reports as required
  • Support and coordination of Key Customer Events and Familiarization Trips

  • Great telephone manner and the confidence to control calls to achieve maximum results
  • Ability to respond quickly and positively to changing requirements and business needs
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of relevant market segments and understanding of the relevant hotel markets.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by using their outgoing personality to interact with clients / guests / crew / HQ and others.
