Location: Hybrid - Warwick (Minimum 3 days in the office)
Day Rate: Up to £600 Umbrella
Duration: 6 Months
Description:
- Responsible for tracking status, milestones, and deliverables for all TSA Services and portfolio delivery
- Prepare status reports for service review and governance board meetings
- Organize logistics for meetings following TSA operational governance schedule
- Collate and develop service performance Governance Board and ad-hoc reporting
- Provide secretariat support to governance board meetings
- Issue minutes and actions from meetings to relevant TSA stakeholders
- Track updates to the TSA RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Escalation Log, and Change statistics
- Issue communications on TSA matters to relevant stakeholders
- Manage and update TSA operational governance processes such as Escalation Management, Change Governance, Governance Forums, etc.
- Document decisions of Change Approval Boards (CAB) and communicate decisions to TSA Service Owners and other stakeholders
- Manage Change Management Tracker and coordinate issues and risks related to Change Requests and the Change Management Process
- Manage Project Services Request Tracker (including COR requests) and escalate related issues and risks
- Manage change implementation through the Change Implementation Tracker against contracts, commercial, and business change actions
- Support coordination and allocation of WBS codes with Finance Business Support for variable project costs
- Raise sales orders monthly for both fixed TSA charges and passthrough TSA charges as part of the TSA invoicing process
