Job Title: Solicitor/Associate or Professional Equivalent - Family Team

Company: Join our team and grow with us as we are looking to recruit an experienced family lawyer to further expand our family team practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision responsibilities for a small team
- Handling a variety of cases including:
• Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
• Financial settlements on relationship breakdown
• Arrangements for children
• Nuptial and cohabitation agreements
• Non-molestation and occupation orders
- Court advocacy, including directions hearings
- Building and nurturing client and referrer relationships

Knowledge and experience:
- Must be a qualified solicitor or professional equivalent with around 3 years post-qualification experience

- Proven track record in developing and maintaining professional relationships
- Up-to-date on risk management and compliance standards
