Job Title: Property Solicitor

Jackson West Solicitors is a leading law firm in the Midlands, with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Unit and work independently as required;
  • Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients;
  • Draft and review contracts and other property-related documents;
  • Review searches and Land Registry applications;
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;
  • Market our conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;
  • Provide training and support to junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX qualified conveyancer;
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience;
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently;
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Full driving licence.
