Job Opportunity

Jackson West Solicitors, a leading Midlands law firm, is seeking a dedicated Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our team in Banbury.

About the Role

  • Support the Head of Unit and work independently as required;
  • Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process;
  • Draft and review contracts and other property-related documents;
  • Review searches and Land Registry applications;
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;
  • Market conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;
  • Provide training and support to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX qualified conveyancer;
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience;
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently;
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Full driving licence.
