Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our team in Banbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Unit and work independently as required;
- Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients, including residential property transactions;
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;
- Market the conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;
- Provide training and support to junior members of the team;
- Stay up-to-date with property law and conveyancing procedures;
- Hold a full driving license.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Full driving license.
