Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property lawyer to join a Legal 500 firm. The firm's commercial property team handles a wide range of matters, including large corporate transactions for FTSE-backed companies and privately run companies. The team acts for clients internationally, nationally, and regionally, and the department is the highest billing department in the firm.

The Commercial Property Solicitor will have experience in acquisition of land for development, promotion and option agreements, planning and infrastructure agreements, land sales, refinance agreements, leases, and sales of investment properties. The successful candidate will be able to work to deadlines and targets, prioritize and manage a varied caseload, and have strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail.

The Candidate
  • Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years post-qualification experience or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and represent the firm through external and internal presentations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
