Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Oxfordshire office, working alongside existing partners to drive a resilient and varied legal practice.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law, with experience in acquisition of land for development, promotion and option agreements, planning and infrastructure agreements, land sales, refinance agreements, leases, and sales of investment properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
  • Work closely with partners to deliver high-quality legal services to clients
  • Manage a varied caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Represent the firm at external and internal presentations
  • Attend marketing and networking events to bring in new business

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years post-qualification experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Strong legal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
