Reporting to the Contracts Manager an Energy Centre Engineer, will be required to carry out planned preventative maintenance on all our clients Energy Centres.
Carrying out repairs and supporting compliance tasks such as water testing to ensure the sites equipment are available at all times to ensure 99.We prioritise respect, integrity, active listening, collaboration, diversity, inclusion, quality, lifelong learning, and health and safety.
By embracing these values, you will become part of a community that fosters a positive and supportive culture.Ensuring all Quality Management and Compliance Documentation for Planned Preventative maintenance and reactive repair activities is accurate and complete.
Provide technical assistance to clients, whilst meeting both Quality Standards and HSE Objectives.
Adopt HSE Policies, Procedures and Objectives.
Using the remote monitoring system for each development, recording temperature or operational changes that impacts on the efficiency of the network.
Investigating the network via each riser/block to ensure the system is leak free and identifying residential properties that impact the efficiency of the network.
Provide training and support to new employees.Ensure that all Energy Centres operate above 99.You will also be required to actively take part in the callout / standby rota.
A full UK driving licence and a flexible approach to working practices is essential.You will have a high level of technical knowledge and expertise on various types of Energy
Centres and knowledge of District Heating networks. Mechanical Biased with Electrical knowledge in a similar environment
Non-Domestic Gas or F-Gas. Working safely, training will be provided.
Understanding the cause and effects of inefficient Energy Centres and to implement changes to improve the efficiency of the Network.
Heating systems - Direct and indirect, Energy Centre processes and supporting distribution systems.UK Driving Licence.
Served a recognised apprenticeship and/or be qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ level 2 in Plumbing/HVAC with Electrical qualifications and registered to the appropriate body as required for the role.
Experience working within Energy Centres and repairing various components.Electrical qualification to the latest Edition of BS 7671 that allows you to work safely on single or 3-phase electrics.
Hot Water Systems or valid unvented hot water certification.Competitive salary (depending upon experience) + out of hours reactive calls
