Being part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of export sales managers with the focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Taking a strategic approach in leading your team of export sales managers

  • Working together with the distribution partners building strong relationships
  • Be in charge of generating income across the distribution network identifying new opportunities where necessary
  • Meet targets by developing and delivering sales strategies
  • Search for ongoing improvements in dealing with the distribution network providing insight to the internal departments
  • Be responsible for recruiting and training sales managers as well as evaluate individual performances
  • Analyse financial data in order to make decisions which ensure business needs are met
Experience in leading and managing a sales team essential

  • Business to business experience working within a capital equipment sales environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • The salary: up to 90,000 per annum plus OTE bonus and a company car or allowance
