- Drive Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to maximize income, profit, and growth revenues, and ensure the team is meeting and exceeding their sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring all sales and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance of employees, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting their targets and contributing to the team's success.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in property sales at a management level, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Qualifications: Full UK driver's license and own vehicle required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £27,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- OTE: £50,000 OTE.
- Bonuses: Annual award trips and prizes, plus other bonuses.
- Progression Opportunities: Career progression opportunities to Director level.
