  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring all sales and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance of employees, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting their targets and contributing to the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in property sales at a management level, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Qualifications: Full UK driver's license and own vehicle required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £27,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
  • OTE: £50,000 OTE.
  • Bonuses: Annual award trips and prizes, plus other bonuses.
  • Progression Opportunities: Career progression opportunities to Director level.
