As our Commercial Training Administrator, you will schedule, coordinate and resource a range of virtual and face to face training events for the Porsche Centre network across multiple locations.


You will work within a busy and friendly working environment, with the opportunity to directly contribute to business performance and the opportunity to own the processes and smooth running of an important business function within a world-renowned Brand.


Reporting to the Manager of Network Training & Development you will be responsible for:

  • Operating the Learning Management System and acting as a key point of contact for all training related enquiries
  • Monitoring performance in terms of training offer uptake and Network compliance
  • Drive efficiencies by maximising course fill
  • Managing purchase orders, supplier setup, supplier contracts, contractor invoices, purchasing processes, monthly billing, and general budget management
  • Directly support large training events, involving some UK and European travel each year
  • Data analysis to identify trends and requirements that impact scheduling and resource
  • Managing participant feedback mechanisms and reporting on course effectiveness

In order to be successful in this role you must be able to:

  • Manage a complex and variable workload effectively, by identifying and balancing both the importance and the urgency of tasks
  • Identify problems, errors, or deviations from plans at an early stage
  • Work with a consistently high level of written and numeric accuracy
  • Take responsibility, work with integrity, learn from mistakes and work constructively within a team

It would be great if you had:

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, particularly excel
  • Analysing data drawing patterns and trends
  • Handling large volume of data
  • Appreciation of learning methodologies
