About the Role:

Porsche Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist to join our team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our vehicle technicians and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims
• Ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards
• Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop
• Increase customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty-related inquiries
• Monitor warranty claims process, ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates

What We Offer:

• A basic salary of up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience
• Bonus up to 10% of Basic Salary
