Responsibilities and Duties
- Meeting/exceeding targets set per month
- Conducting viewings and client appointments
- Negotiating offers on properties
- Maintaining the branch database of clients
- Production and publishing of property details
- Canvassing

**Qualifications**:

- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous sales experience/Estate Agency experience essential
- Well presented - business attire required
- Knowledge of IT systems and MS Office
- Ability to work extended hours

This role is ideally suited to a sales negotiator currently working in the industry who is looking for a fresh challenge with excellent progression opportunities.
