About the Role:

The Porsche Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Quality Controller / Service Quality Specialist to join our team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in the repair and maintenance of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the progression of the repair of customer vehicles to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by ensuring vehicles are fixed first time, reducing the need for repeat repairs and improving overall customer experience.
  • Play a key part in the warranty claims process, ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates.
