Credit Controller (Part-time) to join our company on a
permanent basis. This is a
fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work part-time hours with flexibility.


You will be highly organised, have experience in delivering exceptional customer service and have previous experience in a credit control position.

Key role:

  • Allocating customer payments to correct accounts/invoices
  • Chasing outstanding invoices
  • Clearing the daily task list on a daily basis
  • Taking responsibility for maintaining and updating customer accounts
  • Contacting customers regarding unallocated payments
  • Woking closely with management on primary outstanding balances
  • Other adhoc duties as and when required

Desired skills/qualities

  • Experience in a credit control role is essential
  • Good problem solving skills
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Experience in accounts software is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Represents the company at all times in a friendly and professional manner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
